This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the parando.org maintained by the organization Pennsylvania Randonneurs, LLC (PA Rando). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
If you ride a PA Randonneurs event, we will ask for and retain your name, RUSA number, postal address, email address, phone numbers, emergency contact name, and emergency contact phone.
Optionally, you may give us your
tracker URL (e.g. SPOT Tracker). We also record your payment info for event fees. If you pay with PayPal, we record payment confirmation, and payee name, but we do not receive
credit card numbers or account passwords. We will also record your randonneuring results from PA Randonneurs events, including events you registered for but did not start.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via our web site, email, or other direct contact from you, as well as information reported to us by your payment service (eg PayPal). We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you regarding present and future PA Rando events, or in case of emergency. We will share your information with ACP and RUSA as required to homologate results and awards. Your contact info (personal and emergency) will be shared with some event volunteers. Some of your information (your name, RUSA number, City, State, tracker URL, and ride results) may be posted publicly on various event rosters, event results, honor rolls, and results summaries.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about PA Rando events, or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may have your personal data deleted or opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
You can do the following at any time by logging into your profile page. or by contacting the RBA:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Delete any data we have about you.
You may also contact us at any time to express any concern you have about our use of your data or ask for clarification of any of these terms.
Security
While PA Rando takes reasonable precautions to control your information, verify its correctness, and prevent it from falling into the hands of unauthorized third parties, PA Rando makes no assertion or warranty with regards to the effectiveness of our precautions. Anyone who provides personal information to PA Rando shall indemnify, defend and hold PA Rando harmless from all lawsuits, claims, liabilities, damages, settlements, or judgments, including PA Rando's costs and attorney fees, which arise as a result of PA Rando's failure to meet any of its obligations under this policy, or as a result of negligent acts or omissions or willful misconduct by PA Rando.
